FIFOplus works with 200+ suppliers, there is a high chance we have the supplier and products you are working with. However, our procurement team works to ensure anything you require is made available.
DO I NEED TO SIGN UP TO BE ABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes, you need to open an account in order to complete the purchase process.
HOW CAN I SIGN UP?
You can simply visit our website www.fifoplus.com or download FIFO application from Play store/ App Store and register as a buyer or a supplier.
To complete the registration process and create an account, you need to fill in the required fields and upload a copy of:
• Commercial Registration
• VAT registration certificate.
HOW LONG DO I EXPECT TO ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AND START ORDERING?
FIFO admin team shall verify the submitted data and share official sign-up approval within 24 hours.
ARE THERE PRICES ON THE APP?
Yes, FIFO marketplace has a transparent pricing policy, buyers can search, compare & aggregate the prices of their desired products, FIFO team shall ensure to negotiate best possible prices from featured suppliers to provide maximum benefit to its buyers.
HOW ARE MY ORDERS DELIVERED TO MY DESIRED OUTLET LOCATION?
Products are directly delivered to your desired location by the FIFOplus, you can simply specify single or multiple delivery locations while placing the order through FIFO application. We aim to deliver your entire basket in one go so you dont have to worry about multiple deliveries.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER SUBMITTING IT?
If the order is still being processed, we can make adjustments to the order but if it is out for delivery, another order must be made. Either way, please contact us on customer service number.

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS ON FIFOplus?
FIFO platform offers all contemporary payment methods such as Mada, Credit Card, Apple Pay and Bank Transfer.
Buyers can also apply for credit facility by filling up a simple application form. The approval process requires 48-72 hours with certain verification and due diligence steps prior to sharing the approval/ rejection to the applicant.
